We invite you to join us in (Linthicum/BWI) Maryland to celebrate the Navy’s 250th birthday and the 80th anniversary of the launching of our ship! 

We have invited our local NJROTC cadet officers and instructors again this year, so they can join in the “birthday party “celebrations.

There will be updates on our two recently published books about the USS Hamner, and ship store items will be available to purchase at reduced prices.  There will also be door prizes and raffles!  We will be offering Zoom sessions for those who wish to participate but are unable to attend in person.  We encourage you to visit with these guests at the “ZOOM Table”.

Our hospitality room has an outside patio (and fire pit!) which will be available for our use Thursday evening and in the afternoons and evenings on Friday and Saturday.  This will be the center for our celebrations, raffles, ship store, books, and plenty of shared stories and photos.

Included in your registration fee are: snacks and drinks in the hospitality room; a lunch in our hospitality room, a catered lunch at Olive Grove Restaurant in Linthicum, and a birthday party & a pizza night.

Free breakfast is included with your room. Additional local food options you may consider are the hotel restaurant (dinner only), two restaurants within walking distance and many other choices via the hotel shuttle (within 3 miles).

The choices when you register will help us plan for guests, members and “non-shipmate” attendees. The cost is the same for everyone.

If you would like to purchase raffle tickets while registering, that option is included (and tickets will be available at the reunion as well.)

A registration form will be emailed to you after we receive your payments to collect the data we need for name tags, catering information, and hospitality room set up.
